1. Responsible to manage, Plan and Execute Production Schedules for Offset and Flexographic Departments.
2. Responsible for Monthly Production Planning of Customers orders as per given schedules.
3. Run MRP using ERP to evaluate material requirement based on Customer Orders, to Plan & develop Raw
Material Requirements.
4. Issuance of Job Orders as per plan and Closing of Production Orders.
5. Create, Monitor and Adjust Production Plans for individual Machines according to availability of Raw Material.
6. Responsible for creating and editing CS Data in ERP as per requirements.
7. Responsible for achieving the production target keeping wastage under control.
8. Responsible for Capacity Planning of Machines, Setting the targets of Machines and devising achievement plans.
9. Supervise Production Officers to manage and execute the production plans on floor.
10. Develop and execute production improvement strategies through lean methodologies (5S, Work Study, Time &
Motion Study)
11. Implementing OEE and Continuous Improvement Techniques to improve the production capacity.
12. Responsible for the Monthly Raw Material Requirement Planning.
13. Responsible to for the Boards, Inks and consumable consumption record.
14. Responsible to develop Production Process Flows and Policies for the production department and Implementing
the policies and procedures at each production line.
15. Monitor and controlling of the Production Wastage and Keep track on it. Devising the strategies to minimize the
production wastages.
16. Investigating Root Cause analysis of production hindrances and suggest solutions.
17. Train and develop team for the smooth production and improve the quality.
